Faustin has worked devotionally with IMMMA Advocates since 2001 starting out in the rank of legal officer and over the years, through his un-wavered dedication and skill has ascended amongst the ranks of IMMMA advocates.

As of 2007, Faustin was appointed as a Partner and also as the Head of the firm’s office in Mwanza. The Mwanza office serves as the firm’s beacon on the activities in the Northern Part of the United Republic of Tanzania.

Faustin has a well-rounded base of knowledge and expertise in Commercial Litigation, Mining and Banking.

He was admitted to the Bar in 2003.

  • Representing various companies doing business in the mining sector such as Acacia Mining PLC, Sandvik Mining and Construction Tanzania Limited, Resolute Tanzania, Williamson Diamonds Limited, African Explosives Limited, Mantrac Tanzania Limited, Geita Gold Mine Limited and ALS Tanzania Limited in the High Court of Tanzania (Labour Division) and at the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration.
  • Successfully advised Sandvik Mining and Construction Tanzania Limited in retrenchment of its employees.
  • Successfully advised ALS Tanzania Limited in retrenchment of its employees;
